Permission is granted to use HostFiler's tools for your own property management and guest services.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not: modify the software, use the materials for any commercial purpose (other than your STR business), or attempt to decompile any software contained on HostFiler's website.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to HostFiler. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you create using our tools (e.g., guestbooks, house rules) and ensuring it complies with local laws.

Certain features of HostFiler require tokens for access. Tokens are purchased and consumed as described on the pricing page.

Refunds for unused tokens are handled according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing and token models at any time.

The materials on HostFiler's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. HostFiler makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

In no event shall HostFiler or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use HostFiler.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HostFiler operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
